If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange for a refund minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Furniture

  Carefully disassemble your Transformer Table or seating and pack all components into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized oversized freight carriers to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your items.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team receives and inspects the returned furniture to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
